Terms of Use & Refunds

What you get
The Maker Playbook is a one-time digital purchase. Nothing is shipped. It gives you personal access to the guides, printable pages and cut files on themakerplaybook.shop for as long as the site is available. It is not a subscription and you will not be charged again. Optional add-ons (such as a seasonal file pack or video lessons) are separate one-time purchases, shown with their price before you buy. Sales tax may be added at checkout where it applies.
Your access
Access works through a private link we email you. Keep it to yourself; it's tied to your purchase. If you lose it, request it again at themakerplaybook.shop/login with the email you used at checkout. We may block links that are shared publicly.
Refunds
If you're not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase, from the “Your purchase” section of your Playbook or by emailing support@themakerplaybook.shop. No questions asked. Refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment processor and can take 5–10 business days to appear. After a refund, your access closes.
What you may do with the files
- Print the guides as often as you like for your own use.
- Cut and print the cut files for yourself, as gifts, and to make physical items you sell.
- Don't share, resell, or give away the digital files or the guides, alone or in a bundle, and don't upload them to other sites.
Accuracy and safety
We test every guide and keep it up to date, but software and machines change. The guides and files are provided “as is.” Always follow the safety instructions of your machine, blades, and heat tools, and supervise children. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cricut, Inc. Cricut® and Design Space® are trademarks of their respective owners. We mention product names only to describe what our guides work with.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above; the terms you accepted at purchase keep applying to that purchase. Questions: support@themakerplaybook.shop.
